CrossFit Kitty Hawk Free Gym on the Outer Banks of North Carolina


At CrossFit Kitty Hawk, we utilize high-intensity interval training.  It is a strength and conditioning workout made up of functional movement performed at high intensity.  These movements are actions you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing, etc.  All the classes are small, led by an experienced coach, and are different every day.  So come check it out!

What is CrossFit?

The magic is in the movement. CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. The workouts may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.
